Job description

Do you have a current Lifeguard certification and a strong commitment to safety? As a Seasonal Lifeguard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and enjoyable pool environment for residents and guests. This is a full-time, seasonal position running from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor pool and surrounding areas to ensure the safety of all swimmers
  • Enforce pool rules and respond quickly to emergencies
  • Provide first aid and emergency care as needed
  • Perform routine inspections of pool equipment and report any issues
  • Maintain cleanliness of pool deck, furniture, and common areas
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
  • Communicate effectively with residents and guests to ensure a positive experience
  • Complete incident reports and daily activity logs as required
