Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Representative to drive sales growth and manage customer relationships within an assigned territory. This position is responsible for developing new business opportunities, supporting existing customers, and achieving regional sales objectives for automatic pool cover products.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the pool cover industry (required), excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and a proven history of increasing sales and market share. Experience with pool construction, pool equipment, or related outdoor living products is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Lead, train, and support swimming pool dealers in the purchase and installation of automatic pool covers.
