Job Description
Pool Scouts is a company dedicated to providing a safe and reliable work environment for all its employees. We offer employment during our "pool season” that stretches from March to December although some of our clients do require year-round services. Pool Scouts is looking for a pool technician with a natural work ethic, and a positive/flexible attitude. On the job training will be offered. The services rendered by our Pool Scouts consist of: Opening and Closing/winterizing pools and spas; weekly / bi-weekly routine cleaning services for pools and spas, specialty services for pools and spa, along with repairs. At Pool Scouts, we will train you in all aspects of the position. As Technicians grasps new skills and prove themselves in the field they will be promoted to the next Technician level.

 Requirements: 
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Be willing to submit to a nationwide background check.
  • Must be available to work 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday with some potential weekend work.
  • Must have a valid driver's license without restrictions (you must have a license in order to operate our company vehicles, so this is non-optional).
  • Must have a reliable form of transportation.
  • Ability to walk for long periods of time in extreme outdoor temperature       
  • Must be prepared to work in the rain.
  • Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
  • Proficiency in various electronic devices and applications for effective communication/information sharing.
  • Knowledge of pools is a plus. Mechanical acumen also a plus.
