Job description

We are seeking a high performing and enthusiastic Swimming Pool Cleaner to join our fast-growing team! As A Swimming Pool Cleaner for A Oasis, you will be responsible for professionally managing an assigned route that includes weekly and/or bi-weekly client visits. It is the Pool Cleaners sole responsibility for keeping the client's swimming pool clean and chemicals balanced while keeping an immaculate record of chemicals used, water temperature, and potential service repairs needed.
Expectations:
  • Thoroughly brush the pool floor, walls, steps and seats.
  • Responsible for safe and proper handling and mixing of pool chemicals; ensuring compliance with State Health and Safety Codes.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the pool and spa area according to company standards
  • Perform regular cleaning and maintenance tasks such as vacuuming, skimming, brushing, and emptying baskets
  • Keep accurate records of all chemicals used and maintenance performed.
  • Identify any issues with equipment and report to the proper personnel.
  • Managing truck inventory of equipment
  • Communicate the status of the pool with the homeowner.
  • Ensure all activities are performed in a safe manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • The ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work outside in a variety of temperatures.
  • Prior work in various outside weather conditions is mandatory. Experience in pool cleaning is preferred, but not mandatory. We will train the right candidate.
  • Comfortable in the use of chemicals

Compensation: Paid Training. After training, the position has the potential to pay between $700-+$1200 a week.
