This position has an opportunity to learn repairs and grow with the company.
Responsibilities and Duties

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:
To perform this job successfully, the associate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Troubleshooting, repair and replacement of swimming pool equipment; i.e. motors, filters, pumps, lights, heaters, etc.
Occasional pool cleaning and chemical maintenance is required.
Daily workload varies with season, usually between 5 to 10 work orders per day.
Customer service of job assigned is #1 responsibility!!
Daily care and cleaning of vehicle.
Monitor and control individual inventory.
Complete paperwork relevant to repairs.
Maintain profitable pool repair route.

Qualifications and Skills

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or general educational degree (GED). Plumbing, electrical and mechanical experience preferred. This position requires a mechanically-inclined individual who is willing to work in adverse weather conditions. The position requires the work be completed quickly and accurately, and to the customer’s satisfaction. Excellent customer service skills required. Clean driving record is mandatory.s.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION:
The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
This position requires the associate to be 18 years of age or older, have a high degree of stamina for physical labor, with the ability to work in high degrees of heat and adverse weather conditions. Must be able to lift 50 pounds repetitively and often. The associate must be able to stand, bend, stoop, stretch and climb repetitively and often. The associate must be able to operate a motor vehicle and have the ability to work around chlorine without an allergic reaction.
