We are currently looking for a Pool Monitor to join our on-site community team to help support a positive experience for our residents.

What are the responsibilities of a Pool Monitor?

  • Keep residents safe and happy by monitoring the pool and sundeck areas
  • Maintaining a professional appearance as a company representative, demonstrating sound judgment and conduct
  • Monitoring activities and enforcing rules in the swimming and sundeck areas to prevent accidents, and provide a safe environment to residents
  • Reporting any broken equipment
  • Checking resident identification to ensure they live at our community
  • Additional duties as assigned by the Manager

     

    What are the role requirements?

    • Able to work independently
    • Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
    • Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, tolerating temperatures above 90 degrees
    • Able to effectively and professionally communicate with residents and co-workers
    • Basic computer skills and comfort learning software, apps, and programs
