During peak season, Pool Ambassadors often encounter high guest volumes, which can make it challenging to maintain safety, cleanliness, and exceptional customer service. Managing large crowds requires strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure. These skills are crucial for ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining a safe pool environment, and providing a positive experience for all visitors.
