QUALIFICATIONS: The following criteria will be used in selecting the position listed above to determine the best qualified coach:
  • Experience as a high school head varsity pom pon coach preferred.
  • Previous high school assistant varsity pom pon coaching experience preferred.
  • Must have the organizational ability to coordinate a pom pon program in grades five through twelve.
  • Must have the ability to work with and give direction to assistant coaches and other related personnel.
  • Consideration will be given to pom pon experience at the college level.
  • Must be able to relate well to high school students, parents, high school personnel, and the general public.
  • Previous high school varsity pom pon participation preferred.
  • Must have a minimum of two years of pom pon coaching experience on the high school level.
  • Must possess a good understanding of pom pon coaching situations and strategy as determined by the interviewing process.
  • Demonstrate mental/physical ability and stamina for meeting the requirements of the position.

The employee shall remain free of any alcohol or non-prescribed controlled substance in the workplace throughout his/her employment in the District and is expected to maintain regular, reliable, and punctual attendance. Employees will perform related duties as assigned.

  • Concussion Online Class

SALARY: Per DEA Master Agreement
