Job Summary:
The Administrative Coordinator assists the Director of Planned Gifts and provides administrative and operational support to the gift planning program. The Coordinator performs a variety of advanced administrative duties, including assisting with scheduling, correspondence, travel and events planning, file and database maintenance. This person will also serve as a primary point of contact for both internal and external constituencies.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School/Equivalent in

Relevant combinations of education, training and experience may be considered.

Starting Salary/Rate:
Expected hiring range: $20.00 - $24.00 / hr
