Human Resources Functional Analyst exists to bridge the gap between the HR and Payroll functional teams, business units and technical teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment. This position is responsible for Workday HR business processes and configuration to optimize efficiency and compliance.
Supports organizational reporting and analytics needs by delivering accurate and actionable insights.
