Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Manufacturing Lab Technician who enjoys working in both a laboratory and customer service environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about quality, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and takes pride in ensuring products meet customer and regulatory requirements.

This individual will play a critical role in product testing, quality verification, data analysis, customer support, and the coordination of Pot Rite Services and Spectrochemical Standards Manufacturing activities. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, a sense of urgency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

What will you be doing?
  • Perform testing and inspection of materials throughout the manufacturing and refining process to ensure compliance with internal and customer specifications
  • Conduct chemical analysis and physical characterization of samples
  • Compile, evaluate, maintain, and report laboratory and quality data
  • Support compliance with ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025, A2LA requirements, RoHS, and laboratory safety guidelines
  • Coordinate Pot Rite Services and Spectrochemical Standards Manufacturing activities
  • Quote customers on analytical services and spectrochemical standards
  • Process customer orders, maintain records, and manage order status tracking
  • Review analytical results against historical data and applicable specifications before reporting
  • Construct, package, and ship Pot Rite kits to customers
  • Assist with the manufacturing and certification of custom standards
  • Support method development and continuous improvement activities within the laboratory
  • Maintain inspection records and coordinate disposition of nonconforming materials
  • Manage sample storage, retention, and disposal activities
  • Provide responsive, professional customer support while maintaining strong customer relationships
Who are You?
  • BS degree in a scientific discipline, and 2-3 years related experience and/or training in a laboratory environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a laboratory and manufacturing environment
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering quality service
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
