Poly Supply Chain Manager
Seneca Foods in Janesville, WI is currently seeking a Flexible Packaging Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for Poly forecasting, purchasing, and inventory strategies to support projected sales volumes while minimizing waste and excess inventory.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies
  • Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements
  • Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking
  • Assess, manage and mitigate risk
  • Direct and support direct reports

Qualifications:
  • BS degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration preferred
  • Interest in market dynamics along with business sense
  • Ability to gather and analyze data and to work with figures
  • Solid judgment along with decision making skills
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management
