Job Description

Position Summary:

Under the general direction of the Director of Compliance and Regulatory Affairs, the Regulatory Affairs Analyst assists in developing procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and foster open communication between the client and the Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals (DHH). 

Investigates and responds to inquiries and concerns presented by DHH and other regulatory agencies. 

Researches, analyses, and communicates information on regulatory policies and DHH contract requirements. 

Clearly articulates DHH expectations to the Plan. 

Actively participates on internal workgroups and leads contract compliance initiatives implemented in response to DHH-identified issues/concerns.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

Three to five years in Legal, healthcare, or managed care industry

Bachelor's Degree is required
