Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst Intern to support requirement gathering, documentation, and process analysis activities. This role is suitable for freshers who want to gain practical exposure to business analysis, SDLC, Agile methodologies, and AI-driven tools.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
  • Prepare user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and basic process flow diagrams.
  • Support Agile meetings such as standups and sprint planning.
  • Coordinate with development, QA, and project teams to ensure clarity on requirements.
  • Maintain documentation throughout all SDLC phases.
  • Utilize AI tools to streamline documentation, research, and workflow creation.

Required Skills:
  • Basic understanding of Business Analysis concepts.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Understanding of SDLC stages.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Whimsical AI, Miro AI, FigJam AI, and Lovable AI.
  • Ability to write effective prompts for AI-assisted tasks.
