Job description

The primary focus of this role is to design and build an interactive ESG reporting dashboard using Microsoft Power BI to improve data visibility, reporting efficiency, and decision-making. The intern will also support regional EHS/ESG data management initiatives and assist one of our manufacturing sites in preparation for ISO 14001 Environmental Management System certification.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Collecting, organizing, validating, and analyzing ESG and EHS performance data from multiple sources.
  • Design and develop interactive ESG dashboards and visualizations using Microsoft Power BI.
  • Assist with ESG reporting and sustainability performance tracking initiatives.
  • Support EHS program readiness activities AAI offices, including program documentation, training coordination, workplace inspections, emergency preparedness resources, and onboarding support.

  • Recent graduate or final-year student pursuing a bachelor's degree in environmental science, Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
  • Able to develop complex reports and interactive dashboards using Microsoft Power BI. Strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling concepts.
