Job description

Who we are and what you will be a part of:

We are in search of a dynamic culinary professional with both stellar cooking skills as well as an operations mindset to join our team. we are a well-established, 12-year-old cafe/deli that takes great pride in serving delicious, heathy food to our loyal community.

In this role, you will wear multiple hats including prep and line cooking, recipe development, front counter support, purchasing and receiving, and general operations support. There is GREAT POTENTIAL for GROWTH and development for the right candidate!

Some of your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

*Receiving/ordering product including organizing deliveries

*Providing excellent customer service

*Daily food prep/creating specials

*Monitoring social media accounts

Minimum Requirements:

*Minimum 5 years' experience in a professional kitchen

*Highschool diploma or GED

*Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment

*Strong knife skills

*Food safety and proper food handling skills

Added benefit to us if you have:

*Experience with social media management and content creation

*Knowledge of a POS system (Square preferably or something similar), or the ability to quickly learn
