Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Starting pay at $18.00/Hourly
Responsible for physical security compliance and visitor assistance at the assigned location.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with employee and visitor access to the facility
  • Interacting with production management, monitoring services, police, and other emergency services
  • Monitoring CCTV equipment and keeping logs
  • Administration of access cards and photo ID badges for visitors
  • Badge access system and computer monitoring (such as the logging in and out of staff entering or leaving the premises and internal movement at area access points)
  • Preventing unlawful property removal
  • Knowing all of the company security policies
  • Knowing alarm activation procedures
  • Handling of emergencies included in the site Incident Response Plan
  • Maintaining security related logs and other clerical related duties
  • Other duties as assigned per the department manager

Requirements:
  • Work experience in dealing with visitors and/or greeting customers
  • Ability to work the designated shift and ability to work overtime as required to cover for other team members during planned vacations etc.; which could include time before or after the designated shift and weekends.
  • Elementary English proficiency communication skills necessary

Physical Requirements:
  • Sitting for extended periods
  • Able to lift 40 lbs
  • Good vision
  • Regular walking and standing to encompass the outside patrols
