Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Will provide unclassified, OSINT, unclassified, and classified LEI, CUI, and classified Police/criminal/law enforcement intelligence or military intelligence research on multiple computer networks for threat personas, networks, and groups both CONUS and OCONUS.
  • Will provide written and oral presentations of OSINT, unclassified and classified LEI, CUI, and classified research to DoD, Army, and Federal Agency Senior Leaders as well as the community of interest at large as directed by the ARTIC Chief.
  • Shall prepare and present time-sensitive products to meet indication and warning requirements for wider dissemination and inclusion into the system that projects the common operating picture.
  • Will prepare, proofread, edit, and revise documentation, products, and reports.
  • Will perform data correlation, link analysis, and trend identification and assessment as required to ascertain linkages and patterns associated with domestic and foreign threats and domestic and international terrorism-related incidents and operations.
  • Will coordinate and dialogue with ARTIC community partners across the Department of the Army, DoD, Intelligence, and Federal, State, Local, and Tribal Law Enforcement agencies to support the ARTIC mission.
  • Will travel to attend conferences and collaborative meetings with ARTIC community partners as required.
  • Will apply the analytic research methods required IAW the ICD 191, 203, 206, 209, and 710, DIA Sourcing Guidance, and 28 CFR Parts 16, 17, 20, 22, and 23.
  • Shall perform data correlation, link analysis, and trend identification and assessment as required to ascertain linkages and patterns associated with domestic non-felony related criminal and international/transnational criminal threats and operations, unauthorized installation access incidents and operations, and other emerging threats that affect DoD personnel, facilities, and equities.
  • Other duties as assigned.
    Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience in intelligence or crime analysis, OR
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent and 6+ years of relevant employment experience
  • Graduate of a recognized law enforcement/criminal/police intelligence course OR
  • Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) producing military police, military or civilian investigator, or military intelligence course
  • 4+ years of experience in either law enforcement and/or military intelligence
  • 6+ years of experience in criminal/police/law enforcement or military intelligence
  • Adjudicated DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance within the last 5 years is required
    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Must be willing to support 24/7 operations to include nights, weekends, and federal holidays in a government-furnished SCIF.
