Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

    • Supervise daily poker room operations, including game scheduling of dealers, supervisors, and game mix.
    • Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations, internal controls, and company policies.
    • Monitor game integrity and resolve disputes promptly and professionally.
    • May act as Table Games Floor Manager within designated pits.
    • Operate daily tournaments and other promotions.
  • Customer Service:
    • Foster a welcoming and professional atmosphere for guests.
    • Address player concerns and inquiries with courtesy and efficiency.
  • Compliance & Security:
    • Maintain strict adherence to gaming laws and internal security protocols.
    • Work closely with surveillance and security teams to prevent fraud and ensure player safety.

      Qualifications Experience Must secure appropriate RI BCI mandated gaming licensesStrong analytical and financial acumen.Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
