Description:

Provide Guests with a great gaming experience by offeringfriendly service with a positive attitude while writing, running andpaying Keno tickets. Perform responsibilities in accordance with allCompany standards, policies, and procedures. Input Keno tickets into thecomputer system from both Guests and Keno runners. Collect money fortickets and pay winners. Maintain an accurate account of personal Kenobank. Inform game supervisor of Keno-related disputes, including but notlimited to incorrectly marked Keno tickets, customer complaints, andlate pays.

Qualifications:

Minimum age requirement is 21. Have basic math skills. Havemoney-handling skills. Have a basic understanding of the different payrates and costs of tickets. Ability to communicate effectively withGuests and Team Members. Must be able to obtain a Gaming work card forthe jurisdiction in which the property is located.
