What does a Table Games Dealer do?

  • Accurately take guest bets, payout bets, and make change for guests.
  • Demonstrate proficient knowledge of gaming policies and procedures.
  • Consistently keep shuffle time at 2 minutes or less.
  • Alert the Floor Supervisor of any suspected irregularities on the game. Never correct their own mistakes.
  • Maintain familiarity with all novelty game procedures.

Work Experience

To be successful as a Table Games Dealer, you'll need:

  • To have previous Blackjack training and or experience. Two (2) years dealing in a commercial casino environment and/or accreditation from a professional gaming school (TS Dealer School) is preferred.
  • The ability to speak, read, and understand the English language; must continuously communicate with a degree of professionalism and accuracy. 
  • Excellent guest service skills.
  • To meet our age requirement of 18 years of age.
  • To stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 31 - 40 pounds.
