WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout the service process - from write-up to delivery
• Translate technical repair information into clear, confident communication guests trust
• Build and maintain accurate estimates, timelines, and follow-up commitments
• Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep work moving efficiently
• Identify and present additional service recommendations that protect guest safety and vehicle value
• Deliver a white-glove pickup and delivery experience consistent with the Mercedes-Benz brand
• Maintain accurate records in the DMS and follow all documentation and compliance standards
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 2+ years of service advisor experience in a franchised dealership (luxury brand experience a strong plus)
• Track record of high CSI/NPS scores and repeat guest relationships
• Strong communication skills - clear, calm, and confident with guests and teammates alike
• Ability to manage high volume without sacrificing accuracy or attention
• Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK experience preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• A genuine hospitality mindset - you treat every guest interaction like it matters, because it does
