FOH Staff - Redmond Pub
Company Overview:
Sunriver Brewing Company is a family-owned business founded in Central Oregon in 2012. Almost 300 team members represent four pubs and a brewery located in Central Oregon with an additional pub in Eugene. We are dedicated to awesome craft beer, delicious food, and engaging service. We're looking for a Front of House team members to join our team and operations at our New Pub in Redmond.
Position Summary:
As a front of house staff member your job will entail all points of customer service. You will be the face and the voice of Sunriver Brewing Co., an ambassador for our brand. From taking orders and working the cash register, running food, bussing tables, offering guests refills, managing the flow of guests in the dining room to running drinks and expediting the food coming out of the kitchen.
Pay = Min. Wage ($14.70) plus great tips! You will be included in the tip pool and tips will be paid daily.
Front-of-House Team Member - Major Areas of Responsibility
  • Greeting guests warmly and providing friendly, efficient, and accurate service at the counter and in the dining area
  • Taking and entering guest orders using a point-of-sale (POS) system
  • Answering guest questions about the menu and providing recommendations as needed
  • Delivering food to tables, assisting with guest needs, and checking in on guest satisfaction
  • Bussing tables and maintaining a clean and organized dining and service area throughout the shift
  • Restocking service areas with utensils, condiments, napkins, and other necessary supplies
  • Assisting with to-go orders, including packing food and organizing delivery pickups
  • Following food safety and sanitation guidelines for service areas
  • Communicating effectively with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food preparation
  • All other duties as assigne

Front-of-House Team Member - Job Requirements & Skills
  • Valid Food Handler's Permit (or ability to obtain before start date)
  • Previous customer service or restaurant experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented mindset and willingness to support coworkers as needed
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and move quickly during busy times
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
