About the Role

As a Warehouse Customer Pickup Associate, you sit at the intersection of customer experience and warehouse operations. You'll be the frontline outdoor representative of Nellis Auction — greeting customers, resolving concerns, managing appointments, verifying orders, and loading out purchases safely and efficiently. What You'll Do

  • Outdoor Warehouse Customer Experience: Greet every customer with professionalism and a positive attitude, schedule and manage pickup appointments as needed, process refunds and resolve customer concerns quickly and courteously, and serve as the primary point of contact for customers arriving to retrieve their items.
  • Load-Out Operations: Safely and efficiently load customer-purchased merchandise into vehicles, verify outgoing orders for accuracy before release, use handheld scanners or mobile devices to locate and confirm inventory, maintain organized merchandise racks and consolidation areas, and communicate closely with the broader Customer Experience team to ensure timely, smooth pickups.
  • General Warehouse Support: Assist with additional warehouse duties as directed by management, follow all company procedures and safety guidelines, and operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
