What You’ll Do

As a To-Go Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless and accurate execution of takeout and delivery orders while providing friendly and efficient service to our guests. Your mission is to manage to-go operations with precision, maintain order accuracy, and ensure guests receive their meals fresh and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process takeout and delivery orders accurately and efficiently through phone, online, and third-party apps
  • Ensure packaging, presentation, and order accuracy before handing off to guests or drivers
  • Maintain timeliness and organization to provide a smooth pickup experience
  • Greeting guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, ensuring excellent customer experience
  • Work closely with the BOH team to coordinate order fulfillment and modifications
  • Manage to-go station inventory, ensuring packaging supplies and utensils are stocked
  • Monitor and communicate with delivery drivers and guests for order pickup
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards to ensure high-quality service
  • Work collaboratively with FOH and BOH teams to maintain efficiency
  • Execute tasks assigned by Restaurant Leadership with professionalism and enthusiasm

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a to-go, host, or customer service role preferred but not required
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy and presentation
  • Comfortable using point-of-sale (POS) systems, tablets, and online ordering platforms
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift to 25 lbs.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-first mentality
