About the Role

As a Host / To‑Go Specialist, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests—whether they’re dining in or picking up an order. This role combines hosting, takeout support, and customer service to ensure guests have a positive and seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and seat guests with a warm, friendly attitude
  • Manage the waitlist, reservations, and guest flow efficiently
  • Prepare and package takeout orders accurately and promptly

  • Handle phone calls and assist guests with questions or orders
