Beyond that, our culture is built on support - from full healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision, to company-paid life insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and generous CE allowances.
You'll be part of a company that respects your clinical autonomy while providing strong operational support, so you can spend more time with patients and less on paperwork. Our doctor-led model fosters leadership opportunities, helping you evolve not just as a clinician but as a mentor and educator.
Work-life balance is real here, with a Monday through Thursday schedule and minimal Fridays. Plus, you'll join a nationwide community of like-minded professionals who share your passion for advanced dentistry and meaningful impact.
