In this role, you will support the delivery of enterprise learning initiatives, helping ensure project objectives, timelines, and success measures are achieved. You will develop and maintain project plans, manage risks and dependencies, facilitate project meetings, and provide visibility into project progress and outcomes. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders and project teams, you will drive alignment, remove barriers, and ensure successful execution of key business initiatives.

What you'll do:
Deliver Project Management Services
  • Support the delivery of enterprise learning projects, helping ensure timelines, deliverables, and success measures are met
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project plans tracking milestones, tasks, and dependencies
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks or issues, and support the development of mitigation plans
  • Use project management tools to track performance, update status, and maintain visibility into project health
  • Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing key project information
  • Work within established processes, templates, and governance standards to ensure consistency and quality

Lead Project Teams
  • Lead the project team from initial project identification through project closure
  • Create a team environment that promotes accountability and collaboration
  • Facilitate project status meetings, capturing updates, action items, and next steps
  • Act as a point of escalation for team members
  • Help ensure the quality of project team deliverables

Partner with Stakeholders
  • Maintain strong stakeholder engagement by supporting consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle
  • Actively listen to stakeholder needs and translate feedback into actions
  • Obtain approvals on project change requests ensuring the impacts are understood
  • Capture lessons learned and complete project closure activities

Experience. You have 3-5+ years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
  • Experience managing enterprise-level projects from initiation through closure, including planning, execution, risk management, resource coordination, stakeholder communications, and project delivery.
  • Experience partnering with and influencing cross-functional business stakeholders across multiple functions and levels of the organization to drive project outcomes.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Planview or Smartsheet, to plan, manage, and track project work.
  • PMP certification or must be obtained within 12 months of hire.
  • Curiosity and willingness to leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve productivity and project outcomes.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • You'll have a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience.

For additional comfortability in the role:
  • Experience managing programs consisting of multiple related projects or workstreams.
  • Experience supporting learning, talent, human resources, organizational development, change management, or business transformation initiatives.
  • Experience supporting projects or geographically dispersed stakeholder groups.
  • CAPM, Change Management, or equivalent professional certification.
