Industrial Automation | Project Delivery & Coordination


Seeking a driven Project Manager to help deliver industrial automation projects, from single-robot work cells to multi-robot assembly and welding systems, for a growing integration company.


This role keeps projects on scope, schedule, and budget while coordinating across teams and supporting the customer relationship. It is ideal for someone organized, technically curious, and strong with people who wants to grow into full project ownership.


Key Responsibilities

•    Support project delivery from kickoff through customer acceptance

•    Build and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and cost tracking in Excel

•    Coordinate site activities and track open issues through to close-out

•    Attend kickoffs, design reviews, internal milestones, and customer meetings

•    Communicate clear updates to internal teams and customers

•    Coordinate across mechanical design, controls, tooling, manufacturing, and installation

•    Track labour hours and material costs, and flag technical, schedule, and commercial risks early


Qualifications

•    Engineering background (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or similar)

•    Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or a project management certification

•    2 to 5 years of experience in project coordination or management

•    Experience in automotive, automation, construction, or high-volume manufacturing an asset

•    Familiarity with PLC/robot programming, tooling design, and controls integration (literacy required, hands-on not required)

•    Strong organization, communication, and time management

•    Open to recent Engineering or PMP graduates with strong fundamentals

•    G2/G class driver's license


Compensation

$65,000 to $90,000/year, based on experience.

Open to junior & senior applicants, compensation will be adjusted to experience.
