Integrity Exterior Solutions is looking for a highly organized, self-motivated individual to help manage the day-to-day operations of our growing construction company. This is a hands-on position where every day is different. If you're someone who takes initiative, solves problems, and keeps projects moving, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers.
  • Schedule and coordinate jobs with customers and subcontractors.
  • Order materials and ensure deliveries are on time.
  • Manage project schedules from start to finish.
  • Communicate with homeowners, suppliers, vendors, and crews.
  • Track job progress and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Assist with estimating, permits, inspections, and project documentation.
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and job paperwork.
  • Use QuickBooks Online for bookkeeping, invoicing, job costing, and reporting (preferred).
  • Maintain organized customer files and project documentation.
  • Help resolve issues that arise in the field.
  • Perform general office and administrative duties as needed.
  • Continuously improve processes and help keep projects on schedule and on budget.

Qualifications:
  • Construction project management or office management experience preferred.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a strong plus.
  • QuickBooks Online experience is a strong plus.
  • Experience coordinating multiple construction projects simultaneously.
