Job Summary:
The Enterprise Project Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating complex, large-scale, enterprise-wide projects that support the organization's strategic, operational, and performance objectives. This role provides project leadership from initiation through implementation, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality and operational goals. The Enterprise Project Manager collaborates with executive leadership, operational leaders, clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive organizational initiatives, process improvements, operational efficiencies, and transformational change across the enterprise.
The position is heavily focused on operational project management, including planning, execution, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, resource coordination, and change management. The Enterprise Project Manager utilizes established project management methodologies and best practices to standardize processes, monitor project performance, and ensure alignment with organizational priorities. Success in this role requires strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives in a dynamic environment.
