Job Description We are seeking a Project Manager / PMO Analyst with Reporting experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise project and change management, cross-team delivery coordination, and advanced reporting with Excel, SharePoint, and Tableau and a proven ability to drive on-time delivery, manage dependencies and risks, and produce actionable stakeholder reporting. Responsibilities: Coordinate and facilitate governance routines, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates. Plan and manage delivery and dependencies across multiple teams through vertical and horizontal governance. Facilitate dependency and risk management and remove impediments for defined deliverables. Promote effective communication and collaboration across organizations to support timelines and deliverable completion. Gather and present delivery status, risks, issues, and schedules to stakeholders and leadership. Align execution with deliverable requirements in partnership with sponsors and stakeholders. Track success metrics and review performance with stakeholders and leadership. Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards. Support resource planning and forecasting for delivery and execution. Manage complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with attention to detail and accuracy. Required Skills & Qualifications: Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong knowledge of SharePoint and BAC project management tools. Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into actionable presentations and reports. Excellent communication, influencing, and facilitation skills. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Self-motivation, self-direction, and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines. 5-7 years of experience in project management, change management, PMO, or similar roles.
