Role: SAP Project Manager

Location: Jackson, MI - Hybrid (On-Site 4 Days/Week + Remote 1 Day)

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and communication strategies.
  • Manage project execution, ensuring tasks are completed according to the plan and PMO standards.
  • Track project progress, monitor milestones, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation plans as needed.

PMO Adherence and Governance:

  • Ensure all assigned projects adhere to the established PMO methodologies, standards, and processes.
  • Utilize PMO tools and templates for project planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes and best practices.
  • Participate in PMO meetings and provide project-related updates.

Stakeholder Management and Communication:

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with project stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and external consultants.
