The Pmo Manager focuses on strategic oversight and managing the project management office, while the Project Coordinator handles day-to-day project support tasks. A PMO manager, or project management office manager, oversees the development and completion of business projects. As a PMO manager, your duties include ensuring that business standards are upheld, directing the organization and scheduling of projects, and overseeing members of project teams to keep them on task.
