What you'll do

As a PMO Manager, you will direct the strategy, governance, and day-to-day operations of Landor's project portfolio. You will serve as the operational backbone of our business, ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently, resources are optimized, and teams are empowered to do their best work. In this role, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of client engagements and brand transformation initiatives, driving alignment between project execution, business objectives, financial performance, and long-term strategic priorities. You will bring rigor to project management while balancing the realities of a fast-paced creative agency environment.

What you'll need 

You have significant experience leading or working within a Project Management Office (PMO). Experience managing complex project portfolios in a professional services, consulting, creative, marketing, branding, or agency environment.Strong understanding of project governance, portfolio management, resource planning, and operational excellence. You have expertise with project and portfolio management platforms such as: Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project, SharePoint, and/or simialr enterprise PMO tools. Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills. Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations. Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and build alignment across cross-functional teams.You have experience working within global, matrixed organizations. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent project/program management credential. You have experience building or scaling PMO functions and governance frameworks within brand, design, marketing, or creative teams.

The salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $125,000 to $175,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
