Job description

Help Keep Five-Star Hospitality Running Behind the Scenes!

PMI Mountain Collection is a growing luxury vacation rental management company serving Park City and the surrounding areas. We're looking for an organized, dependable, and hands-on Housekeeping & Laundry Operations Lead to help oversee one of the most important parts of our business.

This is much more than a laundry position. We're looking for someone who enjoys creating order, keeping things running efficiently, and supporting our housekeeping team so every guest walks into a perfectly prepared home.

If you're someone who notices the details, enjoys solving problems, and loves staying organized, we'd love to meet you.

Schedule

Approximately 20–25 hours per week to start.

Regular Schedule

  • Monday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Friday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

As PMI Mountain Collection continues to grow, there will be opportunities for additional hours during ski season, summer, holidays, and as we expand our portfolio. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with our team over the long term.

What You'll Do

  • Help oversee the daily housekeeping and laundry operation
  • Work alongside our laundry team to keep linen production on schedule
  • Ensure housekeeping bags are packed, organized, and ready before every turnover
  • Keep the laundry facility clean, organized, and operating efficiently
  • Maintain linen and housekeeping supply inventory
  • Coordinate with our Operations Team on daily priorities
  • Support housekeepers and inspectors with everything they need to be successful
  • Identify potential issues before they become emergencies
  • Help maintain the five-star cleanliness standards our homeowners and guests expect

What We're Looking For

✔ Highly organized

✔ Dependable and punctual

✔ Self-motivated

✔ Detail-oriented

✔ Positive attitude

✔ Team player

✔ Comfortable working independently

✔ Able to lift laundry bags and stay active throughout the shift

Experience in housekeeping, hospitality, laundry, inventory management, or operations is a plus—but a great attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are even more important.

Growth Opportunity

This position is designed to grow with our company.

As PMI Mountain Collection continues to expand, this role has the opportunity to increase in both hours and responsibility. For the right person, this could develop into a full-time leadership position overseeing our Housekeeping & Laundry Operations.

Why Join PMI Mountain Collection?

At PMI Mountain Collection, we believe exceptional guest experiences begin long before check-in. Every perfectly prepared home starts with a team that cares about quality, organization, and the little details that make a big difference.

If you're looking for more than just a part-time job and want to grow with a company that values teamwork, accountability, and excellence, we'd love to hear from you.

Competitive hourly pay based on experience.

Apply today and help us deliver five-star experiences, one home at a time.

Company Description

At PMI Mountain Collection, we believe every five-star stay begins behind the scenes. From beautifully prepared homes to exceptional guest service, our team takes pride in creating memorable experiences. As one of Park City's growing vacation rental management companies, we're building a culture of teamwork, excellence, and continuous growth—and we're looking for people who want to be part of that journey.
