Client Service Representative (CSR)

As the 3PL Client Service Representative (CSR), your pivotal role involves ensuring precise and timely communication with all clients to guarantee that orders are received, allocated, scheduled, routed, labeled, and shipped in compliance with client requirements and contracts. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for external clients, providing prompt, courteous and efficient client service.
  • Process client orders in accordance with client specifications.
  • Manage client information using WMS and Microsoft Office Products and generate reports for clients per their requirements.
  • Provide shipping and tracking information to clients as required.
  • Maintain positive client relationships, address inquiries, and handle complaints.
  • Act as liaison between the warehouse and client in the administration of client accounts.
  • Perform general office duties.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by manager or supervisor.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Ability to handle high-volume emails and phone calls.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with warehouse management software (WMS) and computer applications.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently in a fast-paced warehouse operation.
  • Manage priorities in a timely and efficient manner within critical deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills along with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Exhibits good attendance, punctuality, and maintains a positive attitude.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Office, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently within a fast-paced warehouse operation.
  • Must follow safe working practices in accordance with Company safety policies and practices.

Job Requirements:

  • All candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of dedicated CSR experience in Third Party Logistics (3PL).
  • Good attendance and punctuality: must show up on time and work scheduled shifts.
  • Must have the ability to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time.
