The Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships & Marketing, at PMC plays a key role in supporting advertiser-driven sales and marketing initiatives across both pre-sale and post-sale efforts. As a strategic and executional partner to Sales and Integrated Marketing, this individual helps develop insight-driven, cross-platform programs and ensures seamless delivery from pitch through completion.
This role serves as an emerging client-facing lead, contributing to proposal development, participating in client communications, and helping translate advertiser objectives into compelling marketing solutions. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in project management, paired with growing confidence in storytelling, strategic thinking, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Sale Strategy & Client Engagement
  • Support the development of integrated, cross-platform marketing programs aligned with client objectives, audience insights, and brand voice
  • Partner with Sales and Integrated Marketing to translate RFP briefs into strategic, insight-driven proposals
  • Contribute to and help shape pitch narratives, go-to-market strategies, and presentation materials
  • Participate in internal and select client-facing meetings, helping to articulate program ideas and respond to feedback
  • Manage the end-to-end RFP process, ensuring timelines, accuracy, and high-quality deliverables
  • Collaborate closely across the PMC brands' teams to develop client materials and thought-leadership PMC brand projects.

Post-Sale Execution & Client Management
  • Oversee the execution of sold programs, ensuring alignment with strategic intent and client goals
  • Serve as a day-to-day client contact for campaign execution, providing updates, managing expectations, and maintaining strong communication
  • Act as the central point of coordination across internal teams to deliver programs on time, on brief, and at a high standard
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure continuity between pre-sale vision and post-sale delivery
  • Lead campaign reporting and wrap-ups, delivering clear, insight-driven performance narratives and recommendations
  • Support and contribute to QBRs, connecting campaign results to broader business objectives and future opportunities
  • Proactively identify risks, surface solutions, and optimize program delivery

Account Growth & Strategic Contribution
  • Support account planning and identify opportunities to enhance, optimize, and grow client programs
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas, trends, and opportunities to bring forward to internal teams and clients
  • Maintain high standards of storytelling, presentation quality, and strategic clarity across all deliverables
  • Support development and creation of client-facing quarterly 'Insights Report'

Key Requirements:

  • Ability to distill complex insights and case studies into digestible, client-ready materials

Typical wage range: $115k - $130k + Bonus.
