We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized PM Line Cook to join our culinary team in Lexington, United States. In this role, you will oversee evening shift kitchen operations, ensuring consistent food quality, efficient service, and strict adherence to food safety standards. You will manage line cooks, coordinate food preparation, and maintain a professional, high-performing kitchen environment during peak service hours.
  • Supervise and coordinate all line cooking activities during the PM shift, ensuring timely and accurate food preparation
  • Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with local health codes and company protocols
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate line cook staff, providing constructive feedback and performance guidance
  • Manage kitchen inventory, monitor food costs, and minimize waste while maintaining quality standards
  • Schedule staff shifts and adjust staffing levels based on anticipated service volume
  • Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff and management regarding kitchen status and any operational issues
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, troubleshooting minor issues and reporting maintenance needs
