POSITION SUMMARY


The Plumbing Superintendent plays a critical leadership role in overseeing all field activities for plumbing installations on commercial and industrial projects. You’ll manage crews, coordinate with project teams, maintain safety and quality standards, and ensure work is executed efficiently and according to plan. This position is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, builds strong relationships, and takes pride in delivering exceptional results for our clients.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct field teams
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities across multiple stakeholders
• Deep understanding of plumbing systems, codes, installation methods, and best practices
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and submittals
• Skilled in planning work sequences, manpower forecasting, and maintaining schedules
• Commitment to maintaining a culture of safety, quality, and professionalism

Qualifications
• 7+ years of commercial plumbing field experience, including supervisory or lead-level responsibility
• Journeyman or Master Plumber license strongly preferred
• Experience supervising plumbing installations on large commercial or industrial projects
• Solid understanding of construction scheduling, sequencing, and productivity management
• Familiarity with mechanical construction software platforms a plus
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed
