Job description

We are looking to hire two new side sewer leads at Pioneer Plumbing to work in the underground department.

Pioneer Plumbing is a family business, and a great place to work! We do all aspects of Plumbing. Side sewer leads, lead teams in all aspects of underground construction. You must be a competent person in underground safety. You must be able to operate heavy equipment, restore concrete/hot mix asphalt. You must be able to manage your team, customers, and relationships with city inspectors.

  • You must have transportation to work.
  • You must have 2+ years of Underground utilities  experience. 
  • Have a working smartphone.
  • Have a clean driving record.
  • Willing to work everyday outdoors.
  • Starting pay is $35-45$ an hour depending on your skills and capabilities.

Our founder Brian Larson has long time roots in the community growing up in Ballard and graduating from Ballard High School. Loyal Mechanical was a small friendly family business that focused on remodels, renovations, tenant improvements, and insurance repair.

In 1991, Loyal Mechanical acquired Pioneer Plumbing and expanded its business to include service plumbing work. Today Pioneer Plumbing is active in all aspects of plumbing including large commercial projects, new construction, remodels, re-pipes, service, drain cleaning, and side sewer.
