Job description

Lead Senior Plumber – Residential Service & Install
Temp Kings Air & Plumbing
Pasadena, CA / San Gabriel Valley Area

Temp Kings Air & Plumbing is hiring a Lead / Senior Plumber to help us build the plumbing side of the company the right way.
We are looking for someone who is not just a plumber, but a true field leader — someone who can handle service, repairs, replacements, troubleshoot problems without constant hand-holding, communicate well with customers, and help set the standard for how our plumbing department operates.
This is a strong opportunity for the right person to get in early with a growing company, have real influence, and help shape the direction of the department.
What this role looks like:
You’ll be our go-to senior plumbing professional in the field. That means diagnosing issues, performing quality repairs and replacements, helping organize jobs properly, mentoring less experienced team members when needed, and representing the company well with customers. We want someone who takes pride in clean work, solid communication, and doing things the right way.
What we’re looking for:
5+ years of plumbing experience preferred
Strong experience in residential service, repair, and replacement
Ability to diagnose plumbing issues confidently and recommend the right solution
Experience with water heaters, drain issues, leak repairs, fixtures, valves, gas work, and general residential plumbing systems
Ability to work independently and make good judgment calls in the field
Leadership mindset and professional communication
Estimating / job scoping
Clean, organized, and solutions-oriented
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
Bonus points if you have experience with:
Sewer and drain work
Tankless water heaters
Re-pipes
Coaching apprentices or helpers
What we offer:
Competitive pay based on experience
Company vehicle or vehicle allowance depending on role structure
Steady work with growth opportunity
Supportive team environment
Opportunity to help build a department, not just fill a seat
A company that cares about quality, reputation, and long-term growth
Who this is perfect for:
A strong plumber who is tired of working somewhere disorganized, under-equipped, or poorly led
Someone who wants more responsibility and the chance to help build something
A senior plumber who wants to be valued for both production and leadership
If you’re experienced, dependable, and take pride in your work, we’d like to talk.
Apply today and tell us about your background, what type of plumbing work you’re strongest in, and what you’re looking for in your next role.
