1-Tom-Plumber is a fast-growing emergency plumbing company providing services to both commercial and residential properties.
The Master Plumber is responsible for diagnosing plumbing needs, creating accurate estimates, and helping customers make confident decisions. This role works closely with vendors and the field team to scope work, price jobs, and support successful project execution.
Qualifications:

  • Licensed plumber with knowledge of local plumbing codes
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer communication skills
  • Able to read plans/blueprints and understand project specs
  • Organized, reliable, strong follow-through
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose residential and commercial plumbing systems and recommend solutions
  • Build and present estimates, bids, and change orders
  • Communicate scope clearly with customers and internal teams
  • Get competitive quotes from vendors/subcontractors
  • Follow up on open/unsold estimates
  • Support purchasing and field teams as projects move forward
  • Follow safety standards and plumbing/building codes
  • Attend meetings and mentor other plumbers as needed
Physical Requirements:

  • Able to lift, bend, climb ladders, and work from heights
  • Able to work in hot/cold weather, confined spaces, loud environments
  • Wears PPE as required
