WHO WE ARE

Sweetwater Plumbing is Apex's local plumbing shop, independently owned and operated, with deep roots in the North Carolina construction scene. Known for our success in new construction, we're expanding quickly into residential service plumbing across Apex, Morrisville, Durham, and Cary. WHAT THE ROLE IS

  • Entry-level, hands-on position assisting our licensed plumbers on residential service work, with a clear, earned path into our apprentice program and toward a NC plumbing license.
  • We hire in cohorts you'll be part of a group that learns, rotates, and grows together.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Start on the residential service side assist on service calls and installs, load/stage materials, carry and help set equipment (water heaters, fixtures), and keep the truck and job site organized.
  • Get evaluated on timeliness and attitude that's what matters most in the early weeks.
  • Rotate into construction underslab, rough-in, trim-out and build real plumbing fundamentals.
  • Show up ready to work, on time, every day and learn something new on every job.

WHAT WE REQUIRE

  • Dependability on time, five days a week.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Able to do physical work (lifting, crawlspaces, attics, trenches) in all conditions.
  • Good attitude, coachable, no experience necessary.
