We have fully stocked, road-ready trucks and plenty of calls. Depending on your role and experience, you may work independently or alongside licensed team members while building your skills and advancing your career.

Pay: $150,000-$250,000 per year

Job type: Full-time

Work location: On the road in Seattle and surrounding areas. Office located in West Seattle

What You'll Do

Responsibilities will vary by position and level of experience and may include:

  • Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, drainage systems, and fixtures in residential properties
  • Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, code compliance, and functionality
  • Troubleshoot plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions
  • Prepare cost estimates and clearly explain options to customers
  • Collect payment for completed services when required
  • Follow through on job-related issues and communicate with Dispatch
  • Stay informed about company promotions and pricing
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
  • Attend training classes and seminars to maintain and expand your field expertise
  • Apprentices will support licensed professionals, develop hands-on skills, and record qualifying hours as required

Qualifications

Qualifications will vary by position. We welcome experienced licensed professionals as well as apprentices developing their careers.

  • Active and valid plumbing or apprentice license, where required for the role
  • Recorded apprentice hours with Washington State Labor & Industries (L&I), where applicable
  • Plumbing, installation, mechanical, or related trade experience appropriate to the position
  • Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively
  • Positive, adaptable, and professional attitude
  • Strong customer service, communication, and listening skills
  • Comfort using technology required for field work
  • Ability to build trust with customers and recommend solutions that meet their plumbing needs
  • Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

Work is performed indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, including high temperatures, snow, and other inclement weather. The role may require working at heights, on ladders, on rooftops, and in confined spaces. Team members must be able to:

  • Occasionally lift objects weighing up to 75 pounds
  • Ascend and descend ladders and maintain balance
  • Regularly use their hands to handle tools and materials
  • Sit, walk, stoop, squat, and stand for extended periods
  • See clearly at close range and at a distance
