Job description

Job Summary: The Production Administrator provides clerical/administrative support to the Service Bureau Manager.

Essential Job Functions:

The list of essential functions, as outlined herein, is intended to be representative of the tasks performed within this classification. It is not necessarily descriptive of any one position in the class. The omission of an essential function does not preclude management from assigning duties not listed herein if such functions are a logical assignment to the position.

  • Roster: Checks everyones attendance and ensures that there are no discrepancies with PTO Calendar/Off Schedule
  • Monarch Correction: Corrects and adjusts every employees Monarch input (and shift sheets if a clerical or computation error is found). Train new hires how to log into Monarch.
  • Weekly Pass down reports: Types all shift sheet outputs including job number, scraps (Perso), number of employees, work hours, and downtime. Compiles this information on a spreadsheet to be sent to the management team for data and output analysis and report.
  • Job/Machine Visuals: Creates guides and visuals on specific jobs and tasks for people to understand and follow the correct procedures (For example: dos and donts, bad and good cards, things to watch out for, work procedures for Pick/pack.)
  • Maintenance PO: In charge of recording, scanning, and safekeeping of maintenance purchase orders and packing slips.
  • Shipment Logs: Creates shipment logs which contain carton sequence on pallets for Packaging team to follow.
  • Headcount reporting
  • Goal OEE weekly updates
  • Scan production and first article sheet every other day.
  • Must be mature, coachable, and exudes the characteristics of One PLI culture. This position is open internally to anyone who meets the above criteria and is not presently on any type of corrective action, nor has been on corrective action within the past six months.

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of clerical/administrative experience
  • Production environment experience is preferred.

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Solid knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
