The Opportunity

You will serve as a key field leader supervising high-impact recreational construction projects across local communities. This role empowers you to direct site crews, manage complex project logistics, and ensure every structure meets precise safety standards. You will directly influence team success while delivering vibrant, safe outdoor spaces that families and schools rely on.


How You Will Make an Impact

  • Hands-on role that leads field installation crews during the construction and restoration of playground structures.

  • Hands-on expertise operating heavy equipment, power tools, framing systems, and concrete finishing tools safely.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 30% for project assignments outside the local area.
