Job Summary
Love sports and working with kids? Looking for a fun weekend job?
i9 Sports is looking for enthusiastic Flag Football Officials to help create a fun, safe, and positive experience for young athletes and their families. Officials play an important role in keeping games organized, encouraging good sportsmanship, and ensuring every player has a great experience.
Schedule
Weekend game days (Saturday and/or Sunday, depending on location) throughout each 6-week season.
This is a great opportunity for teachers, coaches, college students, former athletes, or anyone who enjoys working with kids and sports.
Responsibilities
  • Officiate youth flag football games in accordance with i9 Sports rules.
  • Promote good sportsmanship and create a positive experience for players, coaches, and families.
  • Enforce rules fairly while keeping games safe, fun, and on schedule.
  • Communicate clearly with coaches, players, parents, and i9 Sports staff.
  • Keep score and manage game timing as needed.
  • Represent i9 Sports with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of flag football rules.
  • Experience playing, coaching, or officiating flag football preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to make confident decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
  • Passion for working with kids and youth sports.
