This is a flexible part-time job that offers you the opportunity to set your own schedule and availability. The hourly rate ranges from $20 to $35, depending on your level of experience.

Coach Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver dynamic and captivating soccer classes utilizing our top-notch curriculum for children aged 1-12 years old.
  • Instruct and instill essential soccer skills, promote teamwork, encourage sportsmanship, and uphold fair play.
  • Foster a nurturing and empowering learning environment that inspires player growth and progress.
  • Offer constructive feedback and expert guidance to players to enhance their skill sets.
  • Effectively communicate with parents, ensuring a collaborative approach towards player development.
  • Maintain a safe and nurturing environment, prioritizing the well-being of all players throughout the classes.

Requirements

  • Availability to work on weekdays from 9:00 AM -12:00 PM and/or 2:00 PM - 4:30 PM and/or Saturdays from 9:30 AM-12:00 PM
  • Previous experience coaching youth soccer is preferred, but not required
  • Enthusiasm for working with children and a passion for soccer
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire young players
  • Reliable and punctual
  • An upbeat, fun attitude
