## Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Head Soccer Coach to join our team and lead training sessions for our soccer players. The ideal candidate will have a passion for soccer and coaching, with experience working with students in a sports environment.

## Responsibilities
- Work with head soccer coach in developing and Implement training programs to enhance players' skills and performance on the field
- Teach players fundamental soccer techniques, strategies, and game tactics
- Plan and conduct practice sessions focusing on teamwork, sportsmanship, and physical fitness
- Provide constructive feedback to players to help them improve their abilities
- Organize and supervise team practices, games, and tournaments
- Promote a positive and inclusive team environment that fosters player development

## Experience

- Previous experience coaching soccer to young kids ages 3 - 10
- Knowledge of soccer rules, strategies, and techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively educate and motivate our young players
- Experience in behavior management to maintain discipline and sportsmanship among players
