HP Baseball – Coaching Opportunities

Hunter Pence Baseball Academy is seeking experienced, high-energy coaches to join our youth and showcase programs. These are part-time positions, a perfect fit for those who love the game and want to make a real impact in player development.

We field multiple teams ranging from 9U to 18U, and we’re looking for coaches who bring passion, professionalism, and a player-first mindset to our organization.


Position Overview

  • Approximately 40–60 hours per month
  • 2 team practices per week (2 hours each)
  • 2–3 tournaments per month (minimum 3 games per event)
  • 1-hour early arrival required before each game
  • Weekly communication with families and the HPBA front office
  • Occasional weekend travel – expenses covered


Required Qualifications

  • Strong baseball background and resume
  • Minimum 2 years of coaching experience
  • High energy, vocal leadership, and passion for development
  • Deep respect for the game, players, and families
  • Working knowledge of travel ball and showcase tournaments
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Punctual, professional, and team-oriented
  • Committed to being a positive role model on and off the field
